sangat kecewa dgn pelayanannya. yg pertama saya sudah pesan di hari H dan minta dikirim hari H namun dari pihak sayurbox dialihkan menjadi besok (oke masih saya toleransi) yg kedua pesanan yg datang tidak sesuai dgn pesanan dan pesanan dikirim besok harinya.

awal2 saya pake Sayurbox semua aman rapih, tapi belakangan ini Sayurbox ngide ngirim produk pakai totebag bukan kardus lagi dan ga di QC ulang !! Pesen tepung sisa stengah tumpah krn bungkus bolong cuma ditambel pake selotip, dan darah ayam tumpah ke produk lain jadi bau amis smua. Saya komplain disini krn tidak ditanggapi oleh CS di aplikasi. Saya beralih pake ASTRO aja deh sekarang.

barang di etalase kosong tapi dijual retur pun bentuk voucher yang bisa dipake kalo belanja lagi padahal bayar virtual RUGI!!!!!

Lemon lokalnya beberapa busuk. Kalo beli barang busuk buat apa ya kira2? Alupkatnya itungannya mahal katanya sih alpukat mentega. Auk dah Ya kualitas gak sesuai harapan aja sih. Pertama kali pake jada ini kayaknya kok dipertimbangkan lagi buat ngulang. Kirain barangnya cakep2.
