How to register?
Register yourself online by clicking on the Register Now button on your Internet Banking Login screen or call in at any of our service units. Our staff members will gladly help you.
Download and install
1. Go to AppStore.
2. Search for SBM Mobile
3. Download and install the application on your device
How to activate?
Prior to logging in SBM Mobile for the first time, you will be required to activate the application. To do so, follow the steps below:
1. Click on the 'First Timer User' button from the Login page.
2. Insert your SBM Internet Banking User ID and click on the Get OTP button.
3. Insert the OTP (One Time Password) that will be sent to you via SMS on your registered mobile number.
4. Key in a valid 4 distinct-digits MPIN and you are now connected to your Bank.
5. You can also register for biometrics once you have logged in

No access to SBM application or Internet Banking

Since 3 days I am unable to access my account be it via the SBM application or online. I have already been to Rose Belle branch and Ebene as well for complaint. I have that apparently several IPhone users are having the same issue. Please look into since we use this application for various transactions.

This is the worst app that I have been used. The concerned department should learn from other banking institutions how to develop a user-friendly app. Shame.

App interface old school and lags a lot. Not much can be done on it. May the JUICE app by MCB be an example for your development lol.

No timeout on loading state when a request or an action is unsuccessful State remains on loading true. Error to reproduce Tap on an item in transaction listing twice Or simply get in touch with me.

Worst application

Worst application i’ve ever user in my life. Everytime it updates it removes my credentials. Every transaction requires that LONG complex transaction password which no one ever remembers at all, gets written down which is worst in-terms of security. Over all rating -10

This is a very poor quality app with a bad UI and really low functionalities.. All i can do with the app is see my current funds and recharge my sim balance ! All those buttons pointless ! Regards
