Download and install
1. Go to AppStore.
2. Search for SBM Mobile
3. Download and install the application on your device
How to activate?
Prior to logging in SBM Mobile for the first time, you will be required to activate the application. To do so, follow the steps below:
1. Click on the 'First Timer User' button from the Login page.
2. Insert your SBM Internet Banking User ID and click on the Get OTP button.
3. Insert the OTP (One Time Password) that will be sent to you via SMS on your registered mobile number.
4. Key in a valid 4 distinct-digits MPIN and you are now connected to your Bank.
5. You can also register for biometrics once you have logged in

Can someone open their eyes
Such a big bank and such rubbish app!!! This is unbelievable in the digital age!!! Hopefully the bank will wake up and invest heavily in getting a near decent app!!!!!!! I wanted to give minus one star
Poor app
Very mediocre for a bank. Feature do not work, keeps crashing. Updated to the latest version and it does not work.
No service for diaspora
Am living in the UK and cannot get the app that will work on my iPhone in UK. The app that is on the App Store is for Mauritius!! The Kenyan AppStore’s app won’t work in UK either!!! How can diaspora customers ofSBM Bank do their banking???
AMS
Last update is awful. Although my phone is connected to wifi, the app kept saying connection status failed. Very disappointing from a bank which can’t be contacted during weekends and now my digital service doesn’t work. I am at the mercy of fraudsters!!!

I have downloaded the application on my iPhone. No problem at all although a bit slower than usual. I have managed to check my accounts etc. Not bad. Thanks
Rubbish app!
For a bank that makes millions every day you’d think they’d be able to find some professional app developers. Instead we get this mess of an app that looks like it was made for the first iPhone and is unstable as it crashes every single time when it’s asks you if you want to register your Face ID. Avoid!
This app is a mess
Most time it dont work Cant set the finger print login its crashes the app Cant see transactions properly Time for sbm to work on that app and improve it
Disgraceful app
App is stunningly slow and poorly built. Amateur developers can create better app than this SBM crap. Please SBM sort it out before it’s too late
