I don’t receive OTPs
I don’t receive otps to access my virtual cards. And no it’s not my network as they always say on customer service. I receive otps from other platforms.
"Upgrade App Now" Prompt
I'm experiencing an issue with your app where every time I open it, I'm prompted to upgrade. Even after pressing the upgrade button and updating the app, the prompt still appears. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
Best Mobile Banking App
This is one of the best among the rest in Ghana if u want a seamless experience in banking. I opened the account at the comfort of my home, I have never stepped a foot at the banking hall since I opened the account in 2021. I applied for a VISA Debit card and it was delivered to me for free, I was able to change my signature on the app without going to the bank. I haven’t had any issues whatsoever. Love them, they are the best and oh, they email me my bank statement every month.
Best banking app
I have been using this app for more than 4 years and I have never regretted it. I never even stepped into a banking hall to open any account. All my banking transactions are at my finger tips. It’s fast, easy, reliable and extremely convenient.
App needs a change
Having to save a payee’s account details before you can transfer money to another bank is uncalled for. And what’s painful is, you cannot delete the details from the app when you’re done making the transaction. We should be able to send money straight away by entering the bank account details.

The app is also super secure, with robust login and transaction authentication measures that give me peace of mind. I love how I can easily check my balances, transfer funds, and pay bills on the go. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with SC mobile banking app and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient mobile banking experience!

I suggest you make it offline to be very convenient to use every you go
Mobile money Transfers
Anytime i do a mobile money transfer, it doesn't go through. I'm only given an e-mail notification that transaction has been submitted. Very frustrating
