Difficulty in receiving an otp anytime I try to make a transaction on the app.

I’ve been facing challenges whenever I want to do transfer from my account to Mobile money account and what they keep telling is “Billers not available” like how
Apps interface
The interface of the app is very poor. It makes the app so difficult to use .
Poor customer service by SC
I’ve tried using the app for international wire transfers and it keeps failing. Visited SC branches and reported the issue but it remains unresolved. The call center for SC Ghana operates from India or somewhere in South East Asia and offers very limited information support. Whatever informs the decision for an Africa operation to be receiving support from Asia remains intriguing. I don’t even know my bank relationship manager to get personalized support. SC Ghana should fix this!

Please the App doesn’t work on the iPhone 14 pro max. Please look into it so that we can have access to the account. Thank you

Automatically exit whenever it’s been opened
Can’t access app after update
Your system asked me to update my app which I did, but the app hasn’t worked after the update. Note that I’ve been using the app for years. Now I’m overseas and need to transfer funds to pay my bill but I cannot. And this all started after simple update. I need assistance urgently.
Debit card
I created my account about two months ago and up till now I haven’t received my debit card . Please can I know the reason
