I have just downloaded this app and subscribed for one year. Now it is impossible to unsubscribe as there is no such function in App and in iTunes. Also the support email doesn’t exist. I’m stilling figuring out how to unsubscribe.
Couldn't use it
I couldn't use it after scanning 2 documents. The renew page pop up, but when I choose a renewal plan, it says my existing plan renewal in June 2022. I couldn't renew nor could I use the service! Please check

Even while using the FREE plan, I was able to translate this vernacular into English and get rid of the frustration from other apps that require users to purchase before using.. Now I'm satisfied. ! So I will give you 5 stars for fulfilling your promise before pursuing. Thank you!
The scanning text function is not accurate enough.
I tried to scan some Japanese characters to try the app but it occurred to me that the text scanned are inaccurate. I have to type the words myself to translate the text. But I’m only a beginner learning Japanese, and I don’t know much about Japanese, so sometimes it’s hard to translate the text if the scanning text function is such inaccurate.
Extremely disppointed
This is one of my favourite app in the past and I have made a premium subscription for a year of unlimited access, but what happened after the upgrading really triggered me. The upgraded version required me to re-purchase the app! My membership supposes to end at Sept 2021. Please either refund or fix this problem.

When you translate it just keep saying “service is busy please try later”
This problem last already a week and no one is replying. Please download another app, there are much more better app.
