I was offered to pay if I wanted to share the document I scanned. And I paid, but once I tried to share the document I got technical error. So I wasn’t able to send pdf to my email, but they charged me money though. Also the email mentioned in customer support doesn’t exist! @apple how happen they you allow scam apps be in your store??

£35 down the toilet for an app that constantly says service is busy or internet is down. So annoying. And no one to contact for a refund.
Does not cover a single page when photo copying
I used this app without subscribing to attempt to translate 2 pages of my Farsi-speaking friend’s hand-written statement. The app’s tools and buttons are all icons that aren’t at all clear, and it wasn’t easy to know what needed to be done to translate. I scanned the picture and after some to-ing and fro-ing with error messages and using some tools I didn’t mean to (because he icons on the buttons are obscure) I eventually did find it did a fantastic job of taking the hand-written text in Farsi (on lined paper, so lots of distracting lines) and turning it into text on-screen and I copied it to the clipboard. I pasted it into chatgpt and got a really great translation. Eventually I did discover the translation feature on the app and the translation was poor in comparison, really confused, borderline nonsensical. So I’m not commending the app as amazing, BUT I did manage to get the text translated, in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES (of trial and error), with the help of a FREE version of the app (and chatgpt), which I guess is pretty amazing, so I’m grateful for the help of this app!
I just took a picture of the document to translate and it wouldn’t translate it just showed the original text!

I switch off auto renew in apple . But inside app it still says auto renew No way to contact them Also convininently there is no auto renew switch off button
