After being half forced to use the app, it’s only been problematic. Getting room key often takes longer because reception can’t find the reservation. Last time I got a key to a room that was already occupied (by a naked guy). Yesterday the reception couldn’t see if I had paid the room even though the app forces it when you checkin. Thus, I couldn’t get a receipt and the app doesn’t contain it. Have to request it separately.
Kun rekisteröityy memberiksi, niin sovellus pyytää kirjautumaan ensimmäistä kertaa member numerolla sähköpostin sijaan, mutta member numeroa ei saa ennen kuin kirjautuu ensimmäistä kertaa omalle tilille… mitenpä sovelluksen kehittäjä ajatteli, että uusi member kirjautuu tililleen ilman että se omistaa tämän tiedon???
Varaustoiminto toimii hyvin, mutta esim. ”varaukset” kohta on usein todella hidas eikä aina (n. 2/5 kerroista) toimi lainkaan. Applikaation kautta pitäisi pystyä kirjautumaan sisään ja ulos mutta tämä ei ole tainnut kohdallani toimia kuin kerran. Yrityksiä on ollut useita.
Kuukausi toisen jälkeen antaa virhettä… :/
Hyvin toimi siihen asti, kun kirjautu ulos. Näyttää kyllä hotellit muttei omaa profiilia. Toteaa virhettä, tätä jatkunut yli kuukauden
Reading back the reviews over a year ago I can’t believe they still haven’t fixed the issues with Apple mobile devices. I was wondering why the reservations-tab wasn’t loading, and found the reason here - it just doesn’t work on iPhone or iPad. You should really hire someone who can actually fix the problem, as it seems it reoccurs every time there is an update on the app. The tab used to work on occasion, although loading took ages and more times than not it just didn’t load at all, but now it has stopped working altogether.
App does not work even iPhone having latest sw and re-installed the app several times. Gives an error message of ”not able login” and all tabs empty.
Sovelluksessa Varaukseni ei usein miten aukea lainkaan, vaan pyörä jää pyörimään tyhjää. Joskus se aukeaa hetken odottelun jälkeen. Käytän iphonea, iospäivitykset tehty. Toivoisin parannusta, koska haluaisin käyttää sovellusta varausteni tarkistamiseen.
Appi toimii muuten tosi hyvin, mutta enää kohta ”varaukset” ei toimi mitenkään. Saisitteko sen kuntoon?
