虽然有两次“免费试用”提示，仅有“免费试用7天后付费”和“一次性买断”两个选择。作为收款方的苹果，未规范其收费陷阱，平台不作为。

此软件从2020年9月1日一直在没有使用过的情况下扣款！共扣了我145笔共计7250元.请相关部门给予解决处理！本人声明 从没使用过此软件！属于诈骗窃取行为！强烈要求返还全部被扣的款项！

2020年9月下载该软件，显示7天内免费，下载后几天后删除该软件，贵公司可以查是否登入记录，每隔7天扣款，一直扣了2年，且未有扣款提醒，请求退款。请告知联系方式。
