I have to sign in. Then be verified and sign in and verify for 10 years every time I try and log in. I save my face id only to have it never work and i have to redo it again. Its giving me literal depression. Its more annoying than my four kids. Please get it together.
Not having an option that allows me to add my card to my Apple Wallet is a huge pain! I can do this with my AirMiles or my PC Optimum card. But instead I have to login, request and enter a verification code, and then go into my profile just to scan my card. The other option is to carry it around with me (which just isn’t going to happen). Super annoying and frustrating.
If you don’t enable Face ID, you have to login with your password and then with 2FA every single time you open the app. What robot designed this process? Then if you want to load grocery offers it takes you to a browser page where you have to login to a different account also using 2FA which also isn’t stored or cached at all so you have to do it every single time. The product designer should be desiging torture techniques, not web apps.
Even though offers are loaded, points gets missed all the time. I have to keep reaching out to Scene support quite frequently to receive my missed points. It can be quite annoying and this happens all the time. They need to do better.

FaceID checks and confirms it’s me, then I am brought to the sign in screen and have to login through ScotiaBank, which has its own 2FA issues, but that’s not Scene’s fault. After login I am prompted to enable FaceID which was already enabled. I do appreciate that they’ve finally made the Apple Wallet card a proper barcode that I can use at partner stores like FreshCo and Sobeys.
This app has had a problem with the sign in since Scene+ started. The app asks you if you would like to stay signed in and never keeps you signed in regardless of how many times you opened it whether it’s within the same day or not. The sign in was fixed then five stars the app works great. It’s easy to navigate and I can access everything I need through it. I just like to be able to stay signed in.
Every time I open the app, it uses Face ID and nothing happens. I have to login using my username and password each time and it never gives me the option to save it. I also recently booked a trip using my scene points and no email confirmation was sent. Trash app.
I’m not sure why you have FaceID enabled but every time I open the app, I still have to login with my credentials.
