Conveniently, without extra effort helps to control the number of calories consumed and spent. Clear visual graphs with indicators. Information about the number of steps is automatically synchronised with apple health, which is very convenient. I really like this app!

Love it. I’ve been using other apps before, and quit in one week. This one is so easy and so inspiring that I keep using it for a while now . Lost two kilos, but most of all it helped me to understand the nutrition, and how I was overeating curbs. Amazing results for me. Awesome feature with adding your ‘walking’ or exercise calories to the daily amount. It motivates me to move more)
