The app is amazing and super easy to use. My clients also find it easy to book appointments with me, and I love that I also get an email and a notification to remind me of each appointment. I highly recommend this app to anyone who is running a business that requires client bookings!

As a Registered Massage Therapist, I love Schedulista! It's very easy to use and accessible to me on the app or the website. It was simple to add to my business website and to customize to my liking. I've used two other booking engines before finding Schedulista and wish I had come here first. There's no kinks to work out, no down sides - just a really mindful and well made product.

I didn’t think an online booking system would work for my business as a sole (and older) practitioner. But it has been great, saved me tons of time by eliminating phone tag and long stories on the phone. Also with the reminders for appointments, very few no shows. Easy to learn how to implement and connected with Mailchimp so I get out the very occasional newsletter. My clients repeatedly tell me that they love it. I didn’t know if I would still have a business after a 10 week absence but came back to a fully booked schedule. So that was awesome. A previous holiday, it took 3 months to rebuild my business. One suggestion, something for clients to get a notice if there has been a cancellation so they can book sooner if they want to. Also mostly use on my computer, not so much the phone app.
My clients love Schedualista and I save at least 2-3 hours a week because they do their own scheduling. More time doing what I love, helping people, no receptionist for my one person business. Schedualista is terrific!
