no matter what i tap it doesn’t work. just says server error. try to change my grade? server error, please relaunch. and no, relaunching doesn’t work, nor does uninstalling then reinstalling

Just saw this on Shark tank and was excited to use. The app doesn’t even work/ you can’t even get past the sign up process. Looks like it needs some work ever since the app was sold.

I am a high school student. It asked me what college or university I will attend and forced me to add one to create a profile. I told it I was a high school junior and high school juniors have not gotten into college so I am still applying, but it still forced me to tell them a college I will be attending.

I am unable to complete the sign up .. this “onboarding => how do you identify?” filter is inactive and the app is not allowing to proceed while the selection is empty

Love the story behind this app, and as a high schooler, have loved this app. However, this app keeps signing me out and is sometimes frustrating to deal with. Slowness for links to open occurs frequently as well.

I've applied to a lot of scholarships, a lot, and I have gathered a total of $0.00 over the course of 6 months useless app

I decided to give this app a try despite the bad reviews mainly because i wanted to form my own opinion. It worked well at first and I had no problems creating an account and signing in. It wasn’t until i closed the app and tried to reopen it when i had problems. I tried multiple times to reopen the app, and instead of bringing me to my dashboard, it would sign me out completely. Then after i signed in, the dashboard would not load no matter how long i waited. I had a lot of hope for this app because it sounds like a wonderful idea, but the app is far too glitchy for anything good to come from it. Very disappointing.

The system clearly has bugs as just getting through onboarding was an issue. I would try to type in information and the screen would go blank, so I would start the process over only to have the same issue each time I try to click through. I finally got past entering my name and dob issue and when it asked what major I am the same issue persisted. If you want people to use the app then the bugs of simply trying to onboard should be addressed. After 15 attempts to signup I just deleted the app out of frustration.

Had this app for 4 months and applied for 20 scholarships never won any of them I got tried of spending money monthly on this app. Big scam, now I just bought a 1k laptop that I can’t afford and having problems paying for it.
