User interface design is terrible and messy, very hard to find information. In addition, it still has bugs. For example, it can’t bring up order status but just shows unknown error message.

The new interface su**!

I have been using the Schwab website and APP for over 20 years now. But I must give a 1 rating to their new interface. If you don’t have any good additional functions to your APP, don’t change it. I still cannot find the order status screen, which I use a lot. Also it takes a lot more clicks to place an order now, which is not an improvement.
