Former Amertitrade costumer here. I’ve been having trouble trying to regain access to my account!!!!! Has been more than a month already. Sent the information they asked me for, and now they want more info I have to pay for. At this point I just believe they don’t want to give me my money back cause they may be struggling. Be careful!

About my chance to Schwab

Alcub23 on

Mexico

I have not had any big problems with Schwab.after my transition from TDAmeritrade. However, both the laptop and mobile interfaces are not as friendly as TD’s and in addition I have experienced issues with not being able to login (last week) or updating information. Schwab would benefit from reapplying from TD. In the other hand, I do have more flexibility trade options with Schwab. Gustavo Riestra
