Some players feel real but there is no doubt even on the paid game that many of the players are bots. They cannot be playing so quickly (like no time at all) after I play. And what’s worse, the insight into best word is lost when these bots play. Oh and there doesn’t seem to be any way to contact the game developers to ask questions. I’m paying a monthly fee , it’d be good to contact the game owners and get answers to some queries
Ads after almost every move make this incredibly frustrating to play. 30s timer to go through the ad then the extra time while it shuffles through its little download page. Couldn’t even keep the app for a week
Not genuine scrabble as searched for - nor are the well known dictionaries they claim to use actually being used, at least for the language options I tried (refuses absolutely genuine words, while letting the AI player play nonsense words - doubt those owning the dictionaries listed would be impressed!) FAR too busy and distracting with silly gimmicks and non stop ads. Paid €4 to get rid of ads and ten seconds later - there is the next ad. You have to navigate to another of the gimmicky sections to “activate’ the no ads - AND - it’s apparently only for three days. Such an annoying game - I wish there was a genuine scrabble app - would happily pay for that.
This app is full of advertising for other games, other stuff to buy, and adds to buy extra coins to play additional games with. Constant interruptions It’s a total pain if you just want to play old/fashioned scrabble by the rules with your friends. Have been playing it for 6 months now and have come across many strange men looking to connect with women (probably scammers) , Looking for personal emails and numbers to chat offline. You’ll recognize them from their “attractive” profile photos, and usually having a low scrabble level (12 or under). So watch out ladies! Don’t know where this gets a 4+ rating cause most of the reviews are really negative. Listen to the players please! Have bought the ad-free package but still have to watch loads of ads, plus play for all your boosts with 20 gems apiece, so basically annoying
Recent update prevents me from playing any matches. I have reported this daily over the last three days. Still not working on iPhone 13 Pro Max. I’ve paid for ad-free and an no longer receiving this. Very bad.

They wanted to know what you had for breakfast and all kinds of additional information which had nothing to do with the cancellation. Impossible to deal with as it just keep sending the same requests over and over again.
I’m sorry to say this is a really frustrating app. To make a move, you literally have to go through a screening of approximately a minute of advertisements before the app will allow you back I to make a move. I paid 3.99 dollars the other day to have ads removed. Payment was taken and absolutely nothing changed. I love Scrabble but I’m going to leave this app as it’s destroying my love for the game. I actually wouldn’t mind paying 5 euro a month but I feel if I sign up, nothing will change and my money will be taken each month so it’s not worth the hassle of trying to get out of the contract etc.
Utter garbage. A jungle of ads and all kinds of attempts to scam your bank account with “subscriptions” and so on. Even worse when you try to close your “account” - some kind of bot sends you emails to the effect of “as soon as we verify your identity we will close your account - this will take up to thirty days”. Complete nonsense of course. Avoid it like the plague - it’s a phishing scam built around scrabble.
