ScreenLogic Connect

I'm a pool professional in South Africa. I've been using this app to control my installations for about 3 years now. Works seamlessly and reliably. I would love Pentair to add the ability to set schedules and to adjust intelliflow speeds through the app and not have it only available through scree logic for Mac or pc. Would also live to have a configure app in the future.

Not much to say, doesn’t work and gives no feedback regarding why it isn’t working.

Could be incredible, but Pentair hasn’t invested anything in years.

I guess that’s what happens with a monopoly. Find another provider if possible. Nothing but a failing nightmare. BTW. I never take time to write a review and rarely speak negatively.

Like seriously amazed at the poor design and functionality. Have you ever actually tested what your customers user interface experience is like ? Please make a new app that is user friendly and easy to operate.

Could not get the app to connect to the Pentair system control. It constantly displayed “searching for system controller “ even if I was standing next to it.

Have had this for several years on a vacation home and have never encountered any problems. Only issue I have is the name of the app. I can never remember what it is and end up having to search thru too many apps to find it. A user friendly name would be more helpful.

Everytime i try to log into local it says waiting for wifi infinitely.

Numerous features fail to respond: lighting schedule, pool schedule and spa schedule. IOS sync inoperative. Pentair somewhat lacking in leading edge technology.
