Worth the money! Except...
I first downloaded Scrivo Pro in December 2017. I was looking for a convenient tool for on-the-go writing, one that was hassle-free and easy to navigate, and this app certainly delivered. I’m very picky with my writing experience — I like a certain font, a certain typeface — so you can imagine how happy I was to have found Scrivo. I like how all my drafts are in one place, how compatible it is to mobile phones, and how easy all my items are to organize. Scrivo Pro should be on every writer’s phone; it completely changed up my routine. I like how I can just whip my phone out every time an idea strikes — and I especially like how I can make it all mine, favorite fonts and all. You just don’t get that with other apps. Lately, though, I’ve been having concerns when it comes to downloading new fonts — for some reason, they only register as Times New Roman. You can find them in the font book and everything by name, but you can’t actually use them. I’ve tried all that I can think of — re-downloading the app, deleting the font and installing it again, trying ttf and otf files — but nothing seems to fix it. This has never been a problem before, and I’m sure it’s just a glitch. I adore this app, and the developers, and it would be a lot of help if this were addressed in a future update. Lots of love!
