Very buggy, persistent login problems, this bank is awful
Overall this app does all it should and a bit more in a reasonably simple and accessible manner. It seems well suited to persons who are not technology savvy or used to online banking, both significant pluses. However, the alerts are limited and no balance based alerts are available. I’d like to have alerts available for balances falling below a set amount. Additionally, the app will display incorrect balances for accounts in the quick view prior to login. They appear to be held from the prior session. Once you login, they become correct, but this is misleading.
It would be really great if I didn’t have to delete and redownload the app every time there was an update.
Since the update I can’t get the activity on account Don’t know what’s going on with my account 🤷🏼♂️
I have continuous issues with the app randomly not accepting my password. I use Face ID so it’s the same password every single time. Just 8/10 times it doesn’t work. The e-transfers are also very slow. The app is not layed out intuitively, weirdly organized. We often consider changing banks because of how frustrating the app is. Complaints to SCU haven’t made any difference.
I don’t understand why they can’t fix this hunk of cap
Worst banking app I’ve ever used, will constantly crash, contact number isn’t in service. 0 stars if I could
I understand that on the global scale Winnipeg is a small city and not the most technically advanced, but the absolute brokenness of this app is completely unacceptable. Uninterrupted access to OUR money is a BARE MINIMUM function of a bank app. If service was interrupted once in a blue moon I’d get it but this app is regularly difficult. I’m currently on hold trying to talk to a human about this and there’s a pre-recorded reminder to be “nice to the staff”. Funny how people tend to get emotional over their money eh? I’m switching banks.
So glitchy and sometimes doesn’t even work… feels like it’s from 2001 or something
This is the most disgusting app I've ever used. Every time face ID stops working, I have to re-enable the feature. Even when I enter the password manually, it says the password is not correct, even though it is correct, I have to enter it many times a day because face ID rarely works. So I'm sure the password is correct, but I still can't log in.
