The App has always been buggy. No improvements despite years of feedback to Sounders representatives. Very disappointing users are forced to use a buggy App yet no improvements are made to fix. Difficult to access tickets, data always out of date and does not refresh, will not allow use of VPN, good luck if you try to use to access a game, never works for us, must save tickets to wallet for them to work at scanners. Poor ticketing App :(
It’s almost like the sounders don’t care how bad the interactions with Ticketmaster are. The constant reauths(frequently resulting in needing to change passwords), failure to show tickets, failure to sync information, painful interface design, whatever. This app is disgraceful as is the attention paid to detail in the user experience. I’m glad to be disassociating myself with the organization and this app in short order.
It’s just broken. Haven’t been able to use any of the tickets functionality for months.
If possible can you add those games in the sounders app like on the old version pls? I get the following error when trying to manage my tickets: “Unable to refresh your events. Please check back later. The data could not be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” A bit frustrating since everything has gone digital. I can’t access the Pro Shop discount code, it thinks about it then sends me back to “Manage tickets” with the above error mentioned above. Please resolve.
Updated app is broken. If it opens, it crashes soon after. Tickets are not loaded into the account even after pairing with Ticketmaster. So frustrating.
It’s sad that I have to download an app that smells like gutted fish just to attend a Flounders game when their tickets are sold on an different app entirely.
App smells like dead fish.
The most interesting part of the old app was Social, but now it is gone. The user interface design is really bad. Very small print for main menu, for example. Fire the designers, hire somebody else, and get som feedback from users with iphones or ipads. Dont rely on developers using latge screen desktops without testing on iphones.
Don’t like the new app! Don’t like the multi page format of the schedule, or when you drill into the schedule, there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to just see home games. Won’t know until season starts if other changes are improvements or more fails.
