If possible can you add those games in the sounders app like on the old version pls? I get the following error when trying to manage my tickets: “Unable to refresh your events. Please check back later. The data could not be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” A bit frustrating since everything has gone digital. I can’t access the Pro Shop discount code, it thinks about it then sends me back to “Manage tickets” with the above error mentioned above. Please resolve.

Very buggy, no updates to fix ongoing problems, difficulty managing tickets, must close and reopen or delete and reinstall for app to update, requires users to disable VPN, no tech support despite repeated requests for help, no sounders rep support for app despite repeated requests for support, waste of time, untrustworthy data in the app (are your tickets listed or in your wallet or are they missing, who knows, the app sure doesn’t). Please fix or go back to paper tickets

Updated app is broken. If it opens, it crashes soon after. Tickets are not loaded into the account even after pairing with Ticketmaster. So frustrating.

It’s sad that I have to download an app that smells like gutted fish just to attend a Flounders game when their tickets are sold on an different app entirely.

The most interesting part of the old app was Social, but now it is gone. The user interface design is really bad. Very small print for main menu, for example. Fire the designers, hire somebody else, and get som feedback from users with iphones or ipads. Dont rely on developers using latge screen desktops without testing on iphones.

Don’t like the new app! Don’t like the multi page format of the schedule, or when you drill into the schedule, there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to just see home games. Won’t know until season starts if other changes are improvements or more fails.

Started the setup process. Filled out the profile and it did not work. Kept trying to submit and nothing happened. No error nothing. Finally x-ed out. I have a rule about applications. If simple things don’t work the whole app is untrustworthy. Side peeve. When putting your date of birth let me just type it? Or give me the date wheel. Default date was today and I am not young. Took me way too long to tap back to my year and fill it out. Use current location did not work either. Then searching for my state I started with W and Washington did not show. Random states with none having the letter W. Eventually I got enough letters in for Washington to show up. So, so far, app has a usability grade of F. I am afraid to keep trying it.
