This app is pointless for anything except the map. Ride times are not properly updated and are strongly incorrect from what is actually posted on the sign.

Do not rely on the wait times on the app. It kept showing 10 minutes wait time for some rides while in reality the wait times were 90-120 minutes. They need to fix this.

The wait time on Mako is 5 minutes, even though in person it’s 75 minutes. It’s very not reliable and made me walk around the whole park for a long wait time. I also missed the dolphin show since I went around the park for nothing, this has made me sad. So they need to make it more reliable.

The app works but has major issues. Wait times not accurate at all. You can’t plan anything due to that. Would walk across park only to find wait time 50-60 minutes MORE. The map navigation also made no sense. The routes were often not the shortest. The map is at least accurate.

The app is great to carry around a map (although for some reason they have removed the arrow that indicates direction on it) You can have your pass easily available for parking and in park discounts, but to get to any additional tickets you have to scroll in all your purchases, once a ticket is used it is not removed so you cannot tell what is active vs used.

Seaworld Orlando - wait times are never the same as what the ride says…. Universal and Disney have figured this out, why can’t SeaWorld?

If I could give it no star I would. This app has the worst inaccuracy I’ve ever seen. Multiple times the app would display rides with a time that would be less than an hour only for the time near the enterance of the ride to be an additional 2-3 hours more. I refreshed the app to see if it would reflect the new time but they wouldn’t. And trust me I tired multiple times to refresh the app.

Found this App very frustrating. Took too many touches to find what I needed. Too many locations to find the same things but the same information was not in all locations. The map is almost unusable. Could not tell which direction I was facing until I walked the wrong way. Take notes from Google maps and try again.

So I went on two rides and they said I was too big to ride so they had to kicked me out of that ride. So if you are like big. I won’t recommend

The app is decent for getting showtimes, but it would be nice if you could click on things on the map and it tell you what they are. Also would be nice to see the food stalls and stands in detail. Should be like google where u can zoom in and then click through to see more about something specific.
