This app does not offer a link for new users to set up a profile. It simply asks you to log in, with no links to create a new account. It's a pretty pointless and frustrating app. Save your energy, and skip this one.

If you have one minor mistake, they will not gonna pay you and they will not notify you. They will black your account right away and you will not get your pay even you finished the work. Their company only has Maryanne , this person on talk. Awfully, don’t know why she can be the manager. If the ceo saw this message, plz fire her. She talked like she owned this company and did what she thinks and she did not listen to people. Such a shame to have this employee. People, plz do me a flavor, don’t assign and do business to this company. Awful company ever!!! Never pay !!!!!!

Received my first check, $35. But after that, nothing but issues with no pay and no HR dept employees can appeal to. Headaches and brick walls.

Simple things this app can’t do and it’s a complete waste of time! Stay away!!!

I love this app. I earn money and get knowledge of different businesses. A lot of times I get free food. The surveys are easy to complete.

So far this is exactly what it says it is. I was a little skeptical about this app. You just never know these days. Mostly I was worried about payment. My worries are not an issue. I have been paid exactly when and how they told me.. my only complaints is that they need more variety of shops and digital payment. I would direct deposit so funds are available faster. Overall, this is a trustworthy site.

This secret shopper is a scam, they will not pay you for the shops that you have completed, they will end up telling you they canceled the payment that is owed to you by saying you got the images (pictures) off of the website I am contacting the bbb to inform them what is going on and what they are doing, and also they will schedule you to go do a shop without your permission

They give you a ton of work and expect you to memorize everything and then take all your work and waste your time and not even compensate partially

Let me prelude this by saying I have done loss prevention, compliance audits, and mystery shops since 1997, and rarely, I mean RARELY do I work with a company that has an issue with surveys, narratives, or other reports. This company has an app and website that should be constantly functioning, and when they aren’t they should have an alternative way to get reports in on time, or give extensions. Pretty simple. I’ve done audits for Secret Shopper in the past and completed two in the past week. Both were just reimbursement shops in San Diego, there was no shop fee or income to be made. That’s fine and all, but I’m paying out my own money, $50-67 during each of these shops and when I went to write my report, the shop says it is cancelled and you have to “accept feedback”, you can’t even comment that you are ready to do the report. So, I emailed them screenshots from the app on my phone and also my laptop and all they did was deny any issue and make excuses not to pay. BE VERY WARY or you will end up wasting a lot of your own money due to their faulty technology and poor scheduler/coordinator communication and service. This is BREACH OF CONTRACT!
