This could be such a great app if it worked properly!!! Great user experience but just errors everywhere!

The functionality to hit quick rebook no longer works and now my preferred car park has vanished from the list of options so I have to go back to the browser experience (also terrible) Add onto the pile the removal of flexi vouchers for QLD customers and I hate this experience

Booking at Secure Parking is next to impossible.

I have deleted and reinstalled this app. Created new profiles. Tried multiple settings and I still get error messages when trying to book. It’s made parking in at SP car parks a no-go for me.

Has probably worked about once - will be deleting and using desk top which is frustrating as it just doesn’t work

The most blatant lie told in all of human history. Trying to use this to park in a 3 hour free zone and the app refuses to let you do so until you put payment card info in. This would be fine if it didn’t error out every time you try to add a card. 1/5 is generous for an unusable app.

You have active car parks in my city it’s time for you to fix your App! When a person pre-pays more than one day on your website and downloads your app only the first booking day appears in your app’s bookings, no others. Even after they use that first day and/or it rolls over to the next day your app continues to show them the expired booking and no further bookings. This issue doesn't even fix itself by deleting and re-downloading your app either. I wouldn’t trust storing my credit card details in an app in this state of error. So either I suggest delete this whole app system option or get someone to fix these major bugs, because the whole app in its current state is rendered useless for pre-paying customers. Cheers.

UX issue - when you’re in an underground car park there can be no mobile reception. The app tries to fetch the prepaid parking info when you open it to park which is hugely inconvenient. I had to reverse my car from the gates, park then get a lift back upstairs just so I could get reception on my phone so the app could fetch the pin so I could exit a car park. That’s poor design. Just store it on the users app until it’s no longer required to be stored. I don’t want to store things in my Apple wallet. I just want to open the app and for it to just work. The camera on at the parking gate does not recognise the QR code, ever. Tried many times at various parking stations. The camera doesn’t focus or picks up too much ambient light. Very poorly thought out.

Website says you can “easily” book ahead on the app. It’s just not the case, impossible, spent half an hour trying to work it out, gave up and gone elsewhere.

Worst App ever, double charged me!
