I was using this app for a short while without many issues. It did the job. But I’ve had nothing but problems the last few months with longing on, and now all my passwords have disappeared regardless of how I log in. So hugely disappointing and inconvenient. Do not recommend this app, best to look into others.

I have been using this App for years. Recently it keeps referring you to the website for security reasons. Then you spend ages trying to read the numbers and letters to get access. I wish I hadn’t renewed my subscription. I gave this App 5* previously but now I am giving it 1*. I agree with all the other fed up users. Why don’t the App Developers listen?

Stopped working and tells me i have to log in via the web. So inconvenient. Moving to another platform

They have done something on this app that keeps telling me to go to web and even on offline mode it grows up errors now, then I have to fight with the Captcha which is unreadable and takes 5 or 6 goes. The website version is awful and slow, terrible on an iphone or iPad which is the main place to need the app! Spent ages going back and forth with their useless support team, who want my IP address! As a cyber IT expert who has worked in IT since the late 80s, I have 4 devices this fails on, some on WiFi, some of 5g, it happens everywhere, so it makes no sense for needing the IP address to make this issue go away, unless they are running their own IP address white list. I done all their other fixes, reinstall, reboots, following a link that does nothing. They won’t accept it’s their end. So after years of being on this app, I am exporting my passwords to CSV file and moving to another password app where I will import my passwords. What a shame, loved this app for many years, given them loads of time to resolve this issue, which clearly they are not interested in doing. So goodbye.

This app was really good and my go-to for keeping passwords. But like other reviews, the update sometime early this year has made it almost unusable. Now every 2-3 times you login it comes up with an error and you have to go to the website and get past the almost unreadable captcha. Now looking for an alternative as it’s been far too long for them to sort out the problem.

The protracted intermittent issue preventing login on the app renders SecureSafe an unreliable purchase. It used to be great, my go to. Now it’s not. I’d recommend using an alternative until and unless this fundamental issue is fixed. Pull your fingers out on this, DSwiss, it’s gone on far too long already and you’re killing your product.

This update has made this not fit for purpose, every 2-3 uses it comes with an error message ‘log in error - log in on the web to verify your account’ it’s tiresome.

Cannot access Files on the APP when offline. Captcha difficult to use on the Web version. APP worked well before Also would be useful if paste option worked here as I have a lot more information documented

Seriously annoying, trying to update a password, I’m not able to edit, constantly going round in circles, got to come off wifi or go on wifi, go via web which takes me to a blank page, I give up, need to find a more user friendly app
