Basura kayo po. 3 accounts ko sa old app. Sa new app isa nalang. As in ang tanga po talaga. Tanga na nga bobo pa mga inutil. Inutil po talaga po mga tangang bobo.
No one takes the call. If you are lucky, they will just give you a spiel that the problem has been reported but never resolved. Thru email, they just sent a computer generated reply.
I agree with the first review. You guys are purposely hiding the total amount due. Just put it above minimum amount due.
I cannot do bills payment and money transfer on this new app. It always gives an error. I already tried chaging my pin but it still gives the same error. Also I reported it already to SB branch in Market Market last week but until now, there’s no progress. It’s really hassle since I’m using my SB online for all my transactions. I should have just used the old app. Now I can’t even use that since everytime I log in, it says that my account has been disabled already.
You're just switching apps, but the experience remains the same. It’s still frustrating to use. For instance, having to register again is unnecessary if you have a database. Why make users re-register repeatedly? Additionally, when I tried to log in and set up my PIN, I was asked to enable notifications. Although I allowed them, I still couldn’t log in or set up the PIN. The experience is still poor. I hope you focus more on the client experience because, honestly, the design doesn't matter if the app is frustrating to use. No matter how many times you change the design, if the functionality remains problematic, it’s pointless. Another issue is with security. When transferring a large amount, like 50k, you need to confirm by replying Y or N. Even if you reply Y, the transfer doesn’t go through. What’s the point of confirmation if the app decides otherwise? I called the SB hotline, and they fixed it. I was told to try again in an hour, but when I tried, I was told I had reached my daily limit—despite the transfer never going through. It’s really frustrating. You better assign a human confirmation to call whenever we transfer big amounts if you can’t resolve this very simple logic problem. So Stupid and Funny app 😂😂😂
Instead we save money, the instapay fee is expensive! ₱25 OMG the former app is much more friendly to use.
Keeps on asking me to turn the notification on for the app to be able to enter 6 digit pin. I did. Still didn’t. Been trying this for two days but nothing’s working. Please do us a favor. Delete this app and stick to your old app. It’s not a BetterBanking experience.
After I install this, my account has been disabled and the money I have in the account was zeroed.
bat ganern? Need pa to re-register haha anyway bat ambaho ng design ngayon? ok na ung recent eh. Itsurang masikip ung UI nyo ngayon
