This app is quite buggy! It either resets my quick log in option automatically (even though that is the Face ID/biometric option) and forces me to log in using my username and password OR I am unable to log in at all due to “System Server Error). The previous app was very reliable, albeit limited in functionality. Since we can’t log into the old app anymore, do ensure that this new app is stable otherwise it entirely defeats the purpose of having a better app. P.S. Sometimes simple is good enough as long as it serves the core purpose.

The app displayed transfer failed 3 times, but then ny account was also reduced 3 times. I incurre 3 separate fees because of this. So unreliable and disappointing.

Please put back Converge.

Quick login not working even after i updated the app

I never had success processing a bank transfer. It always fails telling me it’s fraud. I dont get it! Such a useless app!

I locked my credit card thru this new mobile app but still after few days my credit card was still hacked. Please do improvements on your security. Thanks

Im a first time user of this bank and app. But its so frustrating that it always crash when I open it. I cannot log in. Error always shows that “Something went wrong”. I registered Face ID but its not even working when I quick log in. The first time I enroll my account I cannot even submit my credentials. I believe this is already the new version of the app but why is the performance still not getting better!!?

This app really needs a good update. The old SB app is much easier to use. I should have never migrated to this new app.

Finger id does not work. You need to reset every now and them your password. And you need to update it almost every week.

I can’t use the quick log-in when I changed my phone to iPhone 15. I kept clicking on the quick log in but nothing and so I always have to log in manually.
