Comes in 3’s
When it works it’s great- when it doesn’t, it’s a nightmare to work out. This is linked to my bank. There is no way for the back or SecureLock customer service to help you actually become unlocked. You’ll have to delete the app and reinstall it. In the meantime, this is now my third reinstall and the other two are floating somewhere in space. It should not be this difficult. Secure Lock has more than enough information about you to quiz for your security and help reset the password easily. This is not a good way to feel secure when the actual company for the app can’t help.
