This app is a life saver for seed oil disrespectors. I’ve found so many good new restaurants through it too.

Used a trial, never got a cancel notice, nowhere in my area but major cities even are seed oil safe it appears. Could be neat but just COMPLETELY wasted 35 bucks on this app and never used it once since there is nowhere safe in my area. No reason at all why this app couldn’t be 5 (even 10 dollars a month) but over 300+ dollars a year is absolutely robbery. Funny how you can go in after the app after the trial and downgrade for the reasonable price. Tried reaching out to them via social media and emailed with no response after over a week. Save your money and just do a quick google search before you dine I would say. Hate to be that person but if they would’ve responded, I wouldn’t have had this response. I simply just wanted to cancel membership and see what they could do for a courtesy reimbursement (not even the whole membership) but figured I’d help save others that live in non populated cities.

They get info free from the public diners who report on the type of oil a restaurant uses. No reason to charge for this info.

honestly gives me lots of hope. can definitely use improvements with how the map and distance is integrated but overall really good

I was very intrigued by the app since It came across in IG and everyone should be aware of the places around them that use seed oil. ( seed oil, canola oil, sunflower and more are extremely bad for you). So I decided to get the app to check if the restaurants I’ve been going or planning to go around me are using those specific oils. I downloaded it and it started off pretty good asking about your preferences and allergies. Then it took me to a payment plan and I didn’t want to pay so I closed the app and return and then I tried to use the other options but it would always take me back to the free trial option. Everyone don’t waste your time and money! Many ppl have said that even when they try the free trial and pay for the app it still doesn’t work. I prefer to go on local fats in safari. So much easier and free.

you can’t even use the app without buying a subscription and if i wanted to pay somebody for a waste of time i’d go see kids bop concerts

Paywall. You would think an app trying to make a difference would take a different approach to growing its user base. App asks for personal information and preferences to build a profile then hits you with the paywall, no shame lol. Don’t waste your time, buy whole foods and make your meals at home. When out and about just go with what you know is safe, too much hidden junk out there for this app to know better.
