Great app handy

This app is clunky and I find it very difficult to believe that Segway actually test their firmware updates before testing them on us. Login is painful at best and I have never been able to login using my email, it only allows me to use my mobile number. The on/off switch in the software is hit and miss, just like the latest firmware (1.5.2) for the G2 Max. The track recording in app requires both gps and mobile data to function properly. It does not read the speed from the Segway so if your mobile device is put away in your pocket it doesn’t work. You also need mobile data to save the track log and if you have poor signal it won’t save. I asked Segway to fix the issue where there is no regen braking in cruise control mode once you hit full speed so now it still accelerates downhill while in cruise control well past the legal limit in my country but if you use the throttle to get out of cc mode by pushing it to max it goes full regen and tries to throw you over the handlebars. Segway stop using your customers as Beta testers before you cop a huge class action lawsuit because of safety.

I got this for my birthday with a aviation headset and I love this scooter I can get everywhere really easily and quick I love this new whip

Firmware reduced the speed of the scooter and cannot be undone. I will be buying a different scooter and never again buy another Segway. So many other better options out there

The App works great as always but why is the Segway icon partially obscured by a blue world symbol bottom right spoiling the clean look of the App. It makes the App look weird. Please redesign the icon or just remove the symbol.

I had just updated the app and when I had logged back in all of my records, days owned, and metals were gone. I had started Friday march 10th and now all of my progress is gone
