it won’t let me connect to the app

The app is well laid out and designed well. You see what you need to where you expect to see it. You can’t change the name of the scooter if it has spaces in it - it doesn’t recognise spaces. Second it would be nice if you could see how much recovered energy during braking on a trip. This is possible on the E300SE but shown nowhere so no idea how effect it is.

The new UI is great. No more scrolling to get into settings. Also you have finally fixed the anti-theft horn in MAX G2 firmware, THANKS!

I’ve forgotten my profile password and it hasn’t got a choice for me to reset it. what should i do? i don’t want to lose my medals, data and journeys? i’ve got my phone number and email linked but still wouldn’t give me the option to reset my password..

This app is generally pretty good. Dashboard view and battery state of charge / power output on my Ninebot One S2 works well. I find the mode settings don’t always apply on the device when changing from Sport to New Rider mode etc, need to try a few times and wait for a confirmation beep from the unit. The main issue is I want to see the speed / distance on the dashboard in mph but even when I change settings to “imperial” in the app the values are still reported as kph, but with the units stated as mph which can be confusing! Ninebot/Segway please can you look at this!

Having problems can not get the es2 on phone to pair to scooter, tried that many times and put phone off and back on still wont work, maybe from last update

Please allot us to choose the speed in the uk on machines that are faster than 15.5

Its ok but when use this app its shake a lot. So need to fix and update as soon as quick.

Need me to fixing with Xcode and other thing highly buggy specially when you click on new ride, disconnects quite a bit
