I am still reeling from the stunning experiences of Japan! The Exo service was absolutely superb and such thoughtful attention to detail - blown away! We loved our Tour Guides and the itineraries for Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto in just 3 days were excellent as was our guides flexibility. Can’t recommend highly enough! Arigatō 🙏

This is one of the best things . The free data is a great idea and all you need to do is recharge every night - just in case and off you go. We would have been lost without it!! Took a couple of days to get our heads round the various bits but then we were fine.

This was set up for us for our holiday in Japan by Selective Asia and was extremely useful for getting around. Highly recommend.

Location tracking was awful and there were no road names to help. Also it would tell you to go to station but not where the station was or how to get there.
