Very well done. I was very impressed by the service provided. The reception at the Narita airport was excellent. Everything was so well organized. Your personalized App was amazing. The hotel accommodations in all cities were great except Hiroshima . The Hiroshima Vista staff were very nice but the room was small and uncomfortable. Your guides were super nice . They went out of their way to make things comfortable. The Ryokans were great . I would recommend adding one or two more dinners. Me and my wife loved Japan and EXO travel made it so memorable. I would recommend your agency and Mathilde to all my friends. Your staff and personnel were exceptional. Thank you. Regards . Anil Agarwal .

I am still reeling from the stunning experiences of Japan! The Exo service was absolutely superb and such thoughtful attention to detail - blown away! We loved our Tour Guides and the itineraries for Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto in just 3 days were excellent as was our guides flexibility. Can’t recommend highly enough! Arigatō 🙏
