I’m a big believer in the concept of this app, and to be honest it’s a very simple thing. However, it’s frustrating that this app does not play in the background like music does, only when you are inside the app itself. If you’re phone automatically locks after a minute or so like mine does, this too will stop it playing. Ironically it is recommended by this app that you listen to self talk in the background while you do other things. Seems like a minor issue that could be easily fixed - however based on other reviews this has been going on for YEARS and still isn’t fixed. In addition €20/month is too expensive for what this is. The only service it is really providing is saving you making extensive recordings of yourself saying the affirmations available in Shad Hemstetter’s books which you likely already possess.. so €240 a year is excessive and not worth it in my opinion.
