Over the last 12 months there had been a lot of additional changes to the app to improve functionality. The customer care team have always been super friendly and helpful.

The support does not respond to queries The app cannot be opened since they have upgraded and support won’t respond to queries It’s frustrating. I want to cancel as there is no service anymore. Support please respond to emails. This is like a scam if you do not respond.

Try many times but still can not cancel the membership

This is one of my favourite apps to date. Having it playing around my house, especially in the morning, shifts my energy and has my day starting with quite a bounce and inspiration. It’s like a really great coach with genuine care for your best life and with a little push as well. The customer support has been very helpful, super friendly and quick!!! A great app for great health and success!!

Great overall App the ability to listen to this has changed me for the better!

This makes using self talk convenient and easy. I'd like to see a logging feature that enables tracking which sessions I am listening to and when I listen to them.

Try to open it and everything was all crunched together. It won’t let me get past the last page to start. This is not a good first impression. Fix your stuff.. disappointing

Enjoyed the program and it did help my struggles w being a recent widower, for a couple of months. Last week the App asked me to reset my password and would not allow me to do it, tried half a dozen times. Sent in an e-mail saying this kind of frustration negates all the effort I’ve put into trying to be positive, I might as well quit. There immediate response was, “oh sorry you’re frustrated and mentioned quitting, we went ahead and cancelled your account”. I guess they are pretty cranky and very frustrated over at the customer support desk, maybe they should listen to the app for an hour a day….unless they can’t login either.

Overall, I haven’t noticed any major changes after 6 months of use. That said, I’m not ready to give up on it yet. Downsides. I distrust that the subscription can’t be managed through the apple framework. This is a red flag to me, but I haven’t had any issues with it as of yet. That said, I also haven’t tried to cancel it yet. More notably, this last update has changed the interface so that it’s less user friendly or convenient. I feel like this is an update just for the sake of having an update without any thought to how annoying that update will be for the user. There is no reason to go from having to close one window upon completing a session to closing two. Yet here we are.

I cannot recommend this app enough! This is the best app in the App Store. Thank you Dr. Helmstetter and everyone for bringing self-talk to the digital world. I cannot find any app that has helped me as much and with positive results as Self-Talk+!
