App with problem
No problem with service however app got bug and when contact their help email or WhatsApp no one answer. The date selection was not coming up and therefore could not select. No way of contacting the company when need help.
Cleaners have been great!
Everything has worked just as I would’ve hoped. Good app!
Inconsistent
Had a very good experience the first time I used Sendhelper. The lady I was assigned was clean and thorough. However the second time I used the app, another lady was assigned to me. This second lady was 29min late, and I had to re-iron everything. I haven't dared to try a third time.
Misleading credit and payment system
I installed the app and noticed there are 5 hours included, so I booked a cleaning session. It turns out this is actually a bug because the payment system isn't working. I receive a text from an unknown number to submit payment information. If the payment system is not ready, the user should know before making arrangements for the cleaning appointment. I ended up cancelling the cleaning appointment unfortunately. The app is a good idea, it's just not quite ready yet.
Reliable and easy
Very good experience so far with this app, quicker bookings than Helpling and good service when I've had questions. Keep up the good work
