This app has bad customer support ever
Bad customer support ever they answered my request after 4 working days. And the live chat take forever and in the end no response
Very reliable
The only app that’s ever worked for me sending money. Reliable and safe.
Authentication page doesn’t work
Can’t use the app, when I get to the authentication page with the bank, the transactions cancels out, chat support could not resolve the issue for 2 weeks, they insist on me calling their support number, when I tried to delete my account for the last 3 weeks, it’s asking for a password that I never set up, support is useless, they keep giving me a phone number to call to reset my password but the number is not recognised. I should probably raise a case with GDRP, they are now retaining my data unlawfully.

Really disappointed
After getting scammed last May 22 I tried every thing. I tried contacting the help support, wrote an email but nothing happened, no action was taken. Now because of you I've lost alot of money because none of you has taken action. Its all your fault I can never forgive any of you. Best of for you guys to remove this app and get rid of it.

Very fast and reliable I will choose Sendwave over and over again
Impossible to delete account or personal data be aware
it's ridiculous that a simple request to delete an account drags on for more than two months without resolution... I've never seen such poor customer service.
Refund my money
This is the worst money transfer app I have ever seen. Poor customer support and service. I sent money from Europe to Nigeria in which they said it will take 30 minutes, 150 hours later it’s still showing processing and never completed nor reverse back into my account. Non of their customers support was working. I call and stay on the queue for 1 hour no answer, I wrote several email to them no reply. I tried to chats with them on their 247 chats through app no way. Sendwave refund me my money and I’m deleting your app on my phone straight.
Avoid this application
Huge security breach. You can easily be scammed. I wrote a twitt and have been contacted by 4 twitter accounts. Contacted customer service but they don’t care at all.
