What a horrible experience.
I am living in USA. On 12/22/2024 I sent money to my family in Viet Nam country but they didn’t get it on 12/24/2024. At the same time, I raised it up to sendwave customer and requested cancellation that they explained because their technician error via their local partner. On 12/25/2024, I re-sent a new transaction to my family in Viet Nam country. They waited to 12/26/2024 and still not received money. At the same time, I am angry and requested sendway customer service cancellation and back money. I must contact and chatted them every day. They blamed for local partner and I must waited and worried for a long time. On 1/1/2025, I cancelled and received my money back I wish that sendwave app should set a small banner on their app about technical issues via their local partner to avoid customers must waste of time to wait and worry many things
