I tried to use this app for fast time it was disappointment my money when on hold.Try to call and speak to customer service but they don’t pick my calls the phone keep ringing for 15 min I had to hang up.Know I don’t know whether I will get my money back or it lost.
It promises that we will receive the money in minutes, but of all the 4 transactions I've made through this app, all have taken hours, and I'm not talking about 2 or 3 but 5+, terrible because today I need to pay a bill in reais and I sent the money 4:15p, it's already 8:30 and so far nothing? Just waiting for my last transaction to finish to delete my account and delete the app
Love this app
Tried resetting my password multiple times but none of the codes they sent works and email link doesn’t work either. When I contacted support they asked me to uninstall and reinstall the app and that didn’t work either. I asked them to delete my account but they are being super shady, one said they will delete it within 2 weeks but didn’t, reached out again and they ghosted me after I told them I wanted to delete my account.
very trashy service - i have an in dire need of medical help and this is the time you chose to cancel my account- telling me my bank is not allowing transfer when in fact your system is just trash. loyal customer for years and you pull this move .
App is not working, I just updated on iOS and is not working.
Worst app ever I made 3 transaction in 3 days to the same person and one of them got lost. It has been one month already waiting for my money back and all the time I call I have to explain everything over and over ending the call saying that they have to continue investigating.
Not everyone in Nigeria is a scammer! Why do my lady friend need to provide my proof of entry to the USA for 443$ which she has send me more than that amount with send wave!!! I’ve never been to the USA so does that mean someone can’t send me money from the USA if I’ve never been there???
It’s very convenient, and easy to use.
