They displayed the promotion and said, if I switch from SP to Senoko, there’s cheaper electricity bills and also promotional gifts. I asked when will I receive the gift. The intern guy Jacob said, it’ll be received on 27th Jan, when my contract begins. Checked with him today, he’s saying, it’ll after you Giro in 2-3 months of bills, only after that is ok the gift gonna be sent over. Pls beware of Senoko, make them promise/ write everything. Not just verbal. Try to avoid it, and go with proven SP group itself

Hi after the recent update , the app can’t open at all. Please fix the app, thanks.

I clicked in to see my bill but it never loads.

Please optimised the app display on mobile. The menu bar gets cut off at the corners. Looks rather aesthetically displeasing.

User experience is severely lacking in the app compared to their competitors. App urgently needs a refresh as it looks very dated. The info does not serve what I need to know.

Need to key in username each time after logging out and lacking the capability to perform FaceID
