Amazing Experience with the Sephora App!
I’ve had such an amazing experience using the Sephora app! It’s incredibly user-friendly, with a sleek design that makes browsing and shopping for my favorite beauty products effortless. The app offers a wide variety of products, exclusive online deals, and a seamless checkout process. What I love most is the real-time tracking for online orders and the ability to earn points for every purchase through the Beauty Pass program. Reaching the Black Tier feels extra special with all the perks and rewards it unlocks! However, I do hope Sephora will consider including more products that are currently available only in their physical stores, as we don’t have any Sephora stores here in the Philippines. Better yet, it would be amazing if Sephora could open a physical store here! Please hear us out, Sephora—your loyal customers in the Philippines would love that! Highly recommend the app to all beauty enthusiasts—it’s a 5-star experience all the way!

Order status too long in transit
I purchased Fenty Beauty Blurring Skin Tint in the shade of 8 and I placed my order on May 4, 2024. At first, there were good updates from Singapore but when it arrived in Parañaque Philippines on May 8th, there were no updates since then and it just kept showing “In transit”. I kept sending a report incident that my order could be missing. They only replied on my third report and reassured me that it’s coming. The next day, it did arrived, May 13th. It made me think that if I didn’t submitted a report or asked a follow up, maybe they wouldn’t deliver it to me and I panicked because I have already paid my order via gcash. It’s not easy to let go of your money worth $40. This experience traumatized me. It was my first and last order in this app, Sephora Philippines.
