Cannot order to Luxembourg on app
It doesnt allow me to choose the address. I saw the same issue from other reviews dating back to 3 years ago. Unbelievable!
Not delivery in Luxembourg ? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I selected the suggested pick up address in Luxembourg, but cannot complete the purchase due to the error in the app. It is showing that the address is incorrect whoch is bizarre since I selected the addres from drop down list. Also terrible customer service. Tried to contact the main customer service!! I provided snips, written explanation of the issue 1. CS asked me to call to us number 2.said do not know the resolution and advised to contact sephora Germany. 3. Sephora Germany also did not know the resolution asked to contact Sephora France. Should I tell more??
Impossible to order from Luxembourg
It is impossible to order using the app if You are from Luxembourg, I need everytime to do it on the website. The luxembourgish adresses are not available on the application
Waste of time
The app takes ages to load and when you are logged in, then the next problem arrives. There are so many bugs and errors that Sephora need to fix because all the exhausting and annoying experiences want me to change to an other company. I didn’t enjoy the app at all

Quand j’ai téléchargé l’application il y avait aucun problème maintenant avec tous les updates de cette application, elle est très vraiment très lente. Elle clique sur des produits qui je n’ai pas clique tous le temps! J’ai vraiment perdu ma patience avec cette application. Si vous voulez acheter quelque chose chez Sephora je vous conseille d’aller chez leur magasin ou sur www.
