Toujours faut le metre a jour
J’aime bien l’app mais toujours faut le mettre à jour, c’est chiant
Commande jamais reçu
Après un mois d’attente la commande n’est jamais arrivé. J’ai été me faire maquiller par une pro du coup. Réponse du service client ? ==> ok le colis a été perdu, on prend note pour s’améliorer. Allé salut ! Plus jamais.

Malgré de multiple achat aucun bon de réduction même les malheureux 10%ne sont pas visible sur le compte ! les codes promotionnel fonctionne jamais, il serai temps de faire des améliorations sur l’appli.!

Site complet mais manque des informations sur les produits. Surtout le site est très bien mais mes cartes ne sont pas mises à jour.
Peu satisfaite
J’ai passé une commande sur l’appli car en boutique ce n’était pas possible de le faire. J’ai du annulé ma commande à 2 reprises et la recommencer car lors de la commande pour livraison, l’appli n’enregistrait jamais le fait que je demande un emballage cadeau et adresse un message. J’ai appelé le service client qui m’a dit d’annuler ma commande une troisième et recommencer. Perte de temps
Quel fouillis … mais incontournable !
Appli qui reste en affichage portrait sur ipad (non mon écran n’est pas verrouillé !) Du mal à m’ y retrouver … Mais quel caverne d’Ali baba ! Tout les produits tendance pointus y sont ! Et donc pour des beauty adept c’est top
Bug toute la journée
L application bugue toute la journée . Il faut systématiquement la désinstaller et la réinstaller ou éteindre et rallumer l iPhone . C est infernal !!!!

L’application ne fonctionne plus elle as un problème. Mais si non j’ai rien à dire . Sephora c’est incroyable.
Perte de points sans explication
J’ai fait des achats en boutique plus de 200€ et je n’ai jamais était totalisée en points j’ai appelé ils m’ont dit de patienter mais cela fait depuis le mois de mars mais nous sommes au mois de mai et toujours pas mes points. Je ne suis pas satisfaite de leurs programmes de points
