Signs you out every time! I’m so sick of this useless app. And yet school’s use this garbage.

Worst App I ever had the misfortune to use. Constantly unable to access the App or it shows no data. Zero stars.

App update

Nothing ever opens in this app

Unreliable.

Constantly unable to refresh, difficult to navigate. Extremely unreliable when you just need to check a timetable or a result … some times it will work, but most of the time it doesn’t. Extremely frustrating and can’t wait for my kids to finish school so I don’t have to use it ever again!

Too many alerts

No need to email me snd sms to tell me I’ve got a message

Unstable app, results don’t load

No updates for years!

Parent app really needs an update. No feature or bug fixes for years and years! They don’t seem to care for the reviews or feedback it seems. Update the app or drop it.

Does not load

Notifications pop up but the app does not load the pages.

Notifications rarely work

An app bug frequently displays a blank screen when opening notifications. This is a major bug that hasn’t been fixed in months, doesn’t seem to be maintained.

I cannot stand this app

I have two high school students and they are receiving multiple results for multiple subjects, daily. Every single time I attempt to open a notification and view a result, I get an error and asked to log in to the app again. For days on end. I end up having results I want to read and cannot access because of this absolutely useless app!! It it the WORST app I have installed and the only way for me to attempt to stay on top of my children’s progress. Do not recommend!!!!!!!!!
