Clunky
It's such a clunky app, often doesn't respond. Not the easiest to navigate. Tolerable because we have to use it but could definitely do with some refinement.

Issues with iPhones
Informs me that my iOS is 12 or older even though it is 18. Can’t see anything including timetables etc

It’s slow and glitchy.
Rubbish
The app is so bad that we tried for days and weeks still couldn’t get loaded. Not one, but two different phones.

Absolutely useless. So many issues with its functionality! I’ve been trying to send a message to the teacher all day, it won’t work. Sometimes the absence form won’t work. Sometimes the app won’t load. Constant issues.
Clunky and Frustrating
This app can frustrate the heck out of me, whilst having so much potential. Having 3 kids on the platform, it is unclear when notifications come through, for who it is. To get to various areas is tedious, having to go back and forth to get results, read notifications and other info. Direct messages I need to prepare on separate app ‘notes’ to then copy in to messages, as writing it directly in Seqta will lead to the app freezing and losing all the info. Please make it more stable, even today and yesterday trying to log in, it shows me the spinning wheel but no action.
