Couldn't possibly be more user friendly! I love this app! Depositing checks is a piece of cake! If I do have to go into a branch, the staff is excellent as well! I just love the whole package with SCU. Always friendly and very helpful
*When SFCU is conducting system/site/server maintenance both the app and website are down. Other than that it’s always been a solid app for managing our banking needs.
Love going to the banks and in person. Online bank is constantly having issues and always causes multiple log ins to do anything. It has been a massive issue this year and nothing has been done. Very disappointed considering I’m a long time customer and have considered switching after all this.
The app is pretty easily explained, except for the fact that if you want to change your automatic payment, method or your automatic payment in general, there’s nowhere on the app to do so

I have been with SCU for 10 years and even after multiple financial hardships, SCU members have given me far more options than even a credit card company. Unless they go out of business, I’ll continue to be a member.
I have been a member since 2007. Service Credit Union has always been helpful and provided me services no other bank has. I have taken out loans at fair rates. The perk of being paid early has helped so much. The customer service is great.
Simple and straight forward but if something is wrong or you’re not sure about something you can just call them and verify.
