not compatiable with iphone 16. it wont let you type the confirmation code that is texted on the verfication screen. so you can not access your account.

Can no longer sign in since the update. Time to change banks.

I had no issue with this app until recently. I was depositing two checks the other day and in the middle of the second check deposit the app crashed. I cannot even open the app. This is not an isolated incident as it has occurred at least 3 times by now. This needs to be corrected.

There are some bugs on the app.

App does not support Widget functionality after IOS 18 update

It is nice to call a bank and be treated like a person instead of a disposable customer. Everyone I have had the pleasure of communicating with has been very knowledgeable and had a great understanding of their area of operation within the banking industry.

What up with service credit union??? I type in the right info but it always says application error. What is that…. I haven’t been able to see my balance because the app isn’t working nor is the online web working. I can’t even get my account number that is used to check my balance when I CALL them. Those are the only options. Y’all are trash for sure.

I really liked the app and having the widget on the home screen helped a lot with being financially aware of where I’m at an hitting my payments in time. I was hoping they could bring back the widget because right now it’s not available Also I wish there was an autopay feature for paying off credit cards

Will soon be leaving Service Credit Union entirely due to this being neglected. After iOS 18 update (45+ days ago) the quick balance widget for the Home Screen no longer exists, this was a vital feature for me.
