It is difficult to contact service advisor and pathetic communication gaps. My requests were not addressed properly and it is impossible to contact customer support and convey this message.
I’ve used this company 3 times and unfortunately it has progressively gotten worse. They do not return your car in a time fashion, in my case 8 days later and still have not received my car. They give extortionate quotes for car repairs. Definitely do not recommend. Customer services unprofessional and lies. Do not recommend
They took my car on Friday 3pm and promised to return Saturday 3pm. I called them on Saturday and they confirm that I will receive the car same day. However, no one is answering my calls, messages and also they are not answering my messages on the app. I have scheduled many bookings and also have to be at work on Sunday, but no one is answering. I will lose two days because of the lake of professionalism.

Not recommended at all! They will waist your time and money with their slow service and high prices! Better to take your car to any other workshop but not them! They also have unprofessional and rude staff, their customer service is zero!!
I encountered issues with the service provider's transparency regarding pricing. The major service didn't cover parts, only oil, filters, and a checkup, which wasn't explicitly stated in the app. It became unclear when I received a quotation for additional parts. My initial payment didn't align with the final charge, as they claimed I paid less 150 AED. This lack of clarity has eroded my trust in their company, and I won't be using their services in the future. The technical team is not customer oriented and very unclear

Their agents approached me in Global Village to wash my car for free for only downloading the app. Did they wash it? No, although I spent more than three hours there. For sure, I deleted the App immediately. Do not want to deal with them if this is how they do business.
I had asked for a clean they took my money but dint clean 😭😔
