Very pathetic customer service.

I visited global village and there was a promo of free car wash if I download the app by using the promo code . But the person didn’t wash my car .

Totally not at all organised service. 4-5 days it takes for them to provide labour charges and quotation. Once they provided labour charges when asked for garage location, they said sorry sir as we are new in Qatar we don’t want you to see our garage we will take your car and deliver back to you so it will charge you additional 200 QAR!!! you are new I don’t know what kind of garage or how skilled labour you have I have to take risk with my car top of that I can’t even see repairing and I have to pay additional 200 for this wonderful service!!! Very good business plan I guess your business development planner is genius next day he want to billionaire… keep trying at least some people will surely fall for this 👍🏻

Unsatisfied service and behavior

It is difficult to contact service advisor and pathetic communication gaps. My requests were not addressed properly and it is impossible to contact customer support and convey this message.

I’ve used this company 3 times and unfortunately it has progressively gotten worse. They do not return your car in a time fashion, in my case 8 days later and still have not received my car. They give extortionate quotes for car repairs. Definitely do not recommend. Customer services unprofessional and lies. Do not recommend

They took my car on Friday 3pm and promised to return Saturday 3pm. I called them on Saturday and they confirm that I will receive the car same day. However, no one is answering my calls, messages and also they are not answering my messages on the app. I have scheduled many bookings and also have to be at work on Sunday, but no one is answering. I will lose two days because of the lake of professionalism.
