How about the app doesn’t have to completely reload every time I swap to another app to get a number or something. OR timeout constantly. Also, how come the WO I’m logged in at doesn’t stay at the top of the screen. If I accept a WO, it doesn’t always go to my assigned jobs. This app is missing EVERY QOL function possible. Impossible to use. My work just implemented this app and now my job is 10x harder just to do simple tasks. ZERO STARS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

It will not let you log in with PIN number. Keep getting error messages. PIN numbers are good because I can check in on phone just fine. PLEASE FIX!

Pretty much concur with previous ratings. If you don’t have a 5G device it won’t work in certain areas. That’s a big minus are you Listening EG Group? The majority of your stores have poor reception. This app has bugs are you listening app developers? I have to use my 5G phone as a hotspot so the app will work on my work provided iPad. Needs work!!!!!!!!!

This app is so bad. Errors constantly, crashes half the time and runs extremely slow. I guess I'll go back to calling the IVR.

Crashes and bugs constantly. Slow. Server errors. When it works it’s great, but too often there are issues. Stressful app to use. Biggest issue is server not responding or being slow. My internet/data is fastest available in the nation and I still have issues in the heart of large cities with full signal.

1 star reviews going back years. Many of the same complaints over and over again. I don’t understand how they can’t seem to get a handle on things. I installed this app a day and a half ago. My main complaint is this app absolutely obliterates your battery. I hardly used my phone all day and I didn’t use this app at all. At the end of the day I noticed my battery was WAY lower than normal. I looked in the battery settings and this app is responsible for 80% of my battery usage.
