I always have to go to the App Store to open the service wa app. Why won’t it show on my phone screen?

This is a stupid app and the support line/ support team can’t help with anything at all. So yeah don’t recommend

Says I’m not but I am. I try to validate but it takes me to a blank screen.

First review ever written. Your app is a complete disaster. Its not aptil’s fool yet. Our tax dollars down the toilet. Login is hit and miss when you first download the app. integration with mygovid is a massive joke. Convinced ZERO user testing went into this

It’s unusable accept if you have myGovID but that’s unusable to its asking for id I don’t have.

Requiring me to install another app (myGov ID) then for that app to ask me for a copy of my drivers license, birth certificate and passport is just way too many hoops to jump through for a free trip to the zoo.

Worst app. Works nothing.

A Digital ID is required. I thought this was a "service" app, designed to serve the tax payers, who pay the ridiculously high salaries of the politicians. Why can't I identify myself in other ways, other than through some Digital Papers & consenting to the collecting, use, storage & disclosure of my personal information. Newsflash, the Government is meant to be transparent with the people, not the other way around. You can keep your Digital ID and you can keep your pathetic app.
