The Call of the 21st: On the 21st of every month, 10% of the day’s gross sales revenue and 100% of the net profits of sales from a dedicated solidarity piece are donated to our partner organizations all around the world.

I love: - that I can swipe through product pictures while I’m on the product list page. - that I can see Instagram photos of people wearing Sezane clothes. - the special gifts they send in their packages. - the warm lighting used in their photos and in the app. - the way products are organized by size in the archives. This is a huge timesaver! - free shipping over $200 - EVERYTHING.
Amazing concept and price point
Ordering from Montreal Canada, I get my oders in less than a week with a personalized box with my name in a heart shape ❤️. The brand is amazing, very feminine, very Paris style. Love it!

Love this store. Thank you for showing prices in CAD and including VAT taxes in the listed prices. It would be very helpful if in the item descriptions, you indicated what size the models are wearing along with their height. This way, customers could order more accurately. Thank you!
UI experience
At times it was confusing to add buyer’s information, address. If a field wasn’t completed there was no indication that field is a mandatory field and it has to be filled, example is Company. Most of us shopping skip that as it’s not related to us. So we leave it empty and then we can’t move to the next step as the save button is not active.
Challenging to login
I seem to have been stuck in an endless loop of re-entering my login info in the checkout process. The only way I got in was by deleting the app, reloading it and resetting my password. I was very close to giving up.
